Chef Chetan Saini always had a deep passion for cooking from the age of 17. His mother who was an excellent cook herself, was his source of inspiration. He spent a lot of time watching his mother and was exposed to the vast array of spices and vegetables used in North Indian cuisine. Chef Chetan was always known for experimenting with food to create the most perfect flavors, suitable for any palette.
